Not to be dramatic, but Taylor Swift is the reason I keep falling in love – with writing. Even if her songs are not your style, there is SO much to learn from her strategic approach to marketing. If you’re in the communications industry, I highly recommend taking note of her ability to build deep connections with her audience through lyrics, social media, and campaigns.
